摘要
在PTA氧化反应器的控制中,液位是很重要的过程参数,通常采用差压变送器对其进行测量。但在实际应用中,因引压管长度较长,对温度变化较敏感,测量精度难以保证。电子远传变送器使用2个以数字方式连接在一起的压力传感器取代了引压管,解决了测量精度问题。通过对PTA氧化反应器液位测量失准问题的分析,引出电子远传变送器改造方案,对其测量原理、构成部件及方案优势进行了介绍,并通过应用实例说明了方案的可行性。
Liquid level is one key process parameter in control of PTA oxidization reactor, which is usually measured with differential pressure transmitter. The measuring accuracy is difficult to be guaranteed with long impulse piping and sensitivity to temperature in practical application. Electronic remote transmitter in which impulse piping is replaced by two digital linked pressure sensors solves the measurement accuracy problem. The modification scheme for electric remote transmitter is drawn forth through analysis of measure errors for PTA oxidization reactor liquid level. The measuring principle, components and scheme advantage are introduced. The feasibility is illustrated with some actual cases.
