摘要
本文根据带引压管和容腔的压力传感器在阶跃型和冲激型两种动态标定装置上的实测结果,对这两种标定装置的设计要求和方法进行了探讨;分析了这种传感器在三种情况下的传递函数;介绍了测量其动态参数ξ和ω_n 的瞬态响应拟合法。
This paper discusses the design demand and method of stepdevice and pulse one,of which can be used to the dynamic calibration onthe spot for pressure transducer with impluse tube and chamber,based on theresult of tests.Three transfer functions of transducer are analysed on the diff-erent cases.A method of measuring the transducer dynamic parameter ζ andω_(?) is described,by means of the transient response curve fitting.
