摘要 目前公路工程最高投标限价估算,存在计价依据更新慢、估算价格与市场价格水平差距大和最高投标限价定位模糊等弊端。对基于历史招投标数据支持向量回归(SVR)的最高投标限价估算进行研究以解决目前估算方法的问题:按合理可行的原则明确了以平均最高投标价格作为最高投标限价的定位;以清单路基挖土石方子目为例,以成本动因为自变量,清单子目单价为因变量进行SVR估算。子目单价SVR估算结果与实际中标单价接近,准确性明显优于目前公路工程最高投标限价估算方法。 At present,the Bid Price Ceiling(BPC)estimating of highway engineering has the following problems:the basis for cost estimating updates slowly,the BPC being much higher than the average bid price and inexplicit for the level of the BPC compared to the average bid price.In this paper,the Historical Bid-Based Estimating(HBBE)with Support Vector Regression(SVR)is studied to solve the problems of existing estimate method.First,the average of the highest bid prices in the past is taken as the BPC in terms of the reasonability and feasibility.Then,through the example of excavation,unit BPC is estimated with SVR.In SVR,the independent variables are the characteristics which affect the item cost deeply and the dependent variables are the bid prices.The unit BPC estimated with SVR is close to the actual bid price.Accuracy of the HBBE is obviously better than the BPC estimating at present.
