"4-甲基苯乙酮的合成"是有机化学实验教学的经典实验之一,借助气相色谱-质谱联用技术,在建立的快速分析和鉴定合成产物实验方法的过程中,探索提升学生综合能力的研究型教学方法。
The synthesis of 4-methylacetophenone is one of the classic teaching experiment of organic chemistry,which has been reformed via introduction of gas chromatography -mass spectrometry. During establishment of quick analysis and quantitative determination of the synthesis products,it provides an effective way of exploring new method of experimental teaching and improving the studentsˊcomprehensive abilities.
