枯草芽孢杆菌水分散粒剂防治黄瓜立枯病效果及对黄瓜的促生作用 被引量:5

Controlling Effect of Bacillus subtilis Water Dispersible Granule on Cucumber Rhizoctonia Rot and Its Growth-promoting Effect on Cucumber

摘要 研究枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)水分散粒剂防治黄瓜立枯病效果及对黄瓜的促生作用。盆栽试验表明,1012CFU/g枯草芽孢杆菌水分散粒剂对黄瓜立枯病具有良好的防效并具有一定的促生作用。在浓度为2 000μg/mL和1 000μg/mL时,对黄瓜立枯萎病的防效为71.48%和52.02%。在浓度为2 000μg/mL时,黄瓜发芽率、株高、根长和鲜重分别较对照提高了10.57%、28.58%、29.63%和27.46%。 The results of pot experiment showed that 1012 CFU/g Bacillus subtilis water dispersible granulehas had good controlling effect on cucumber Rhizoctonia rot and plant growth-promoting effect.The prevention effect of 10^12 CFU/g Bacillus subtilis water dispersible granule on cucumber Rhizoctonia rot with the concentration of 2 000 μg/mL and 1 000 μg/mL was 71.48% and 52.02%,respectively.The germination,shoot length,root length,fresh weight increased 10.57%,28.58%,22.85% and 21.54%,respectively.
