摘要
以某大剧院看台屋面网架的超高施工模架为例,首先介绍了将超高施工模架简化为平面排架的计算模型,分别就杆件强度、刚度及整体稳定性进行验算分析;其次,利用结构分析软件SAP2000建立了模架整体空间有限元模型,对比了平面模架与空间模架两种计算模型之间的计算结果差异,分析了超高模板支撑体系的空间整体性能。结果表明,平面排架计算模型的计算过程相对简单合理,且具有一定的安全储备。最后,强调了超高模架搭设施工过程中应该注意的几项施工技术。
Taking the construction formwork support of big theater grandstand roof truss as an example,firstly,this paper introduces the theoretical calculation model of ultra high construction formwork support which is simplified the plane frame,checks and analyzes the member strength,stiffness,stability.Secondly,this paper sets up the space finite element model of plane frame by the structural analysis software SAP2000,compares the calculation results between the plane formwork and the space formwork,and analyzes the overall performance of space of the ultra high formwork support system. The results show that the calculation method of the plane formwork is relatively simple,reasonable and safe. Finally,this paper emphasizes several construction technologies which should be paid attention to in the construction process of ultra high formwork support.
