摘要
研究了金属醋酸盐对碳酸乙烯酯(EC)和癸二酸二甲酯(DMS)的酯交换反应的催化活性。该反应可同时合成两种标题化合物,碳酸二甲酯是对环境友好的合成中间体,聚癸二酸乙二醇酯是一种新型可降解的脂肪族聚酯。该方法有效地利用了二氧化碳,避免产生大量的副产物甲醇和乙二醇,提高了原子经济性。在相同条件下,Li(CH3COO)·2H2O对该反应的催化效果最佳。考察了反应温度、反应时间、原料配比和催化剂用量等因素对DMC收率的影响,得到最佳反应条件:反应温度250℃、n(Li(CH3COO)·2H2O)∶n(DMS)=0.004、反应物料配比n(EC)∶n(DMS)=3∶1、反应时间3 h。在此条件下,DMC收率45.7%。
The transesterification of ethylene carbonate( EC)and dimethyl sebacate( DMS) was investigated over metal acetate catalysts. The main product was proved to be dimethyl carbonate( DMC) by GC-MS,which is an environmentally benign chemical intermediate. At the same time,a new kind of aliphatic polyester can be synthesized,which can be biodegraded. This method improved the atom economy,avoiding the formation of by-product methanol and ethylene glycol and made good use of CO2. The results showed Li( CH3COO) ·2H2O had the highest activity. Effects of reaction temperature,catalyst amount,ratio of reactant and reaction time on yields of dimethyl carbonate was investigated. When the reaction was carried out 250 ℃,with mole ratio catalyst to DMS of0. 004,mole ratio of EC to DMS of 3∶ 1,reaction time 3 h,the yield of DMC is 45. 7%.
