摘要
目的探讨临床药师在急性脑梗死患者救治中的作用。方法对临床药师参与1例阿替普酶溶栓治疗急性脑梗死患者的过程进行分析。结果临床药师针对阿替普酶静脉溶栓、阿司匹林、甘油果糖氯化钠的用药调整方案开展药学监护,急性脑梗死患者的预后改善明显。结论临床药师对阿替普酶溶栓治疗急性脑梗死患者的个体化用药监护方面发挥了积极作用。
Objective To discuss the role of clinical pharmacist in the treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke（AIS）. Methods The process of clinical pharmacists participating in the alteplase thrombolysis treatment for a patient with AIS was analyzed. Results Clinical pharmacists provided pharmaceutical care by medication adjustment scheme of intravenous thrombolysis with alteplase,aspirin,glycerol fructose and sodium chloride. The prognosis of AIS patients was significantly improved. Conclusion The clinical pharmacists can play an active role in the personalized medicine pharmaceutical care with AIS patients treated with alteplase.
