摘要
双歧杆菌微囊化技术是为克服其不耐氧、不耐酸、活性保护较为困难等缺点而开发出来的一种实用技术。此技术关键点一个是壁材的选择,另一个是制备方法。综述了这两方面的研究进展,并进一步讨论了双歧杆菌微囊化技术中存在的问题,展望了双歧杆菌微胶囊的应用前景。
Bifidbacterium microcapsule technology is a kind of practical technology to overcome the bacterium＇s shortcomings not resistant to oxygen and acid and difficult to save the living Bifidbacterium in the gut. The key of the technology is the choice of the wall materials and the other is the preparation methods. Summarize the research progress in these two aspects, discussed the existing problems in the Bifidbacterium microcapsule technology and prospected the application of the Bifidbacterium microcapsule.
