摘要
目的 探讨三种口腔纤维桩在口腔修复中的效果及应用价值.方法 回顾性分析84例行口腔修复患者的临床资料,采取随机抽取法将其分为A组、B组和C组,A组选用玻璃纤维桩进行桩核修复,B组用碳纤维作为桩核修复材料,C组选取石英纤维桩给予桩核修复,三组恢复基牙外形后以全瓷修复牙体缺损,并于治疗结束后3个月复查修复效果.结果 A、B、C三组间对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).三组均数两两对比,C组>B组>A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).术后3个月随访,三组两两对比修复成功率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但在修复美观度上,B组与A组、C组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但A组、C组两组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 石英纤维桩、碳纤维桩和玻璃纤维桩口腔修复效果的良好材料.在抗折强度方面,石英纤维桩强度最高,玻璃纤维桩相对最差,但均具有显著的抗折效果.不过,由于碳纤维桩在光泽性方面较差,影响美学效果,半透明的石英、玻璃纤维桩逐渐成为主流的纤维桩材料.建议临床依据患者适应证选择合适的纤维材料。
Objective To investigate the effect of the three oral fiber post on the oral cavity repair.Methods The clinical data of 84 patients underwent prosthodontics were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were randomly divided into group A,B and C.Group A had glass fiber pile post and core restoration,group B had carbon fiber as post and core restorative materials,group C had quartz fiber post to give post and core restoration,the three groups to restore abutment shape after full ceramic restorations dental defects,and 3 months after treatment,repaired the effect of the three groups.Results There were significantly differences between the three groups (P 〈 0.05).Compared the mean pairwise,group C 〉 group B 〉 group A,the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05).After 3 months follow-up,three pairwise comparison compared contrast the success rate,there was no significant difference (P 〉 0.05),but on the repair aesthetics,group B compared to group A and group C,the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05),but group A and group C had no significant differences in contrast (P 〉 0.05).Conclusions Quartz fiber posts,carbon fiber and glass fiber post pile are good material of prosthodontics.In terms of flexural strength,quartz fiber post the highest intensity,glass fiber post relatively worst,but all have significant bending effect.However,because of poor carbon fiber post in gloss,the impact of aesthetic effects,translucent quartz,glass fiber pile gradually become the mainstream of the fiber pile material.Recommended in patients with clinical indications based on choosing the right fiber material.
