摘要
目的恒牙期安氏Ⅲ类骨性牙牙合畸形的矫治难度大、过程复杂,传动直丝弓矫治技术的应用简化了疗程。文中观察使用传动直丝弓技术矫治安氏Ⅲ类错畸形后患者的软硬组织形态的改变。方法对15例骨性反畸形患者应用传动直丝弓矫治器及技术进行矫治,患者在治疗前后分别拍摄头颅定位侧位片并进行头影测量,对比矫治前后的软硬组织变化情况。结果矫治后患者的软硬组织形态得到不同程度的改善。结论传动直丝弓技术利用口内支抗和轻力,能够迅速移动牙齿,并利用双层弓丝的作用移动牙根达到控根正轴的目的,为恒牙期安氏Ⅲ类骨性牙畸形、拒绝外科手术矫治的患者提供了一种快速、有效的矫治技术。
Objective The correction of skeletal Angle class Ⅲ malocclusion in permanent dentition is difficult and complicat- ed, but it could be made easier by application of the transmission straight wire technique (TSWT). This study was to observe the morpho- logical changes of the soft and hard dental tissues in patients with skeletal Angle class Ⅲ malocclusion after treated by TSWT. Methods Fifteen patients with skeletal cross-bite were treated by TSWT, and their lateral cephalometric radiographs were taken before and after treatment to compare the changes in the hard and soft dental tissues. Results Different degrees of improvement were observed in the morphology of the hard and soft dental tissues after treatment. Conclusion TSWT could move teeth quickly by intro-oral anchorage and light strength, and meanwhile could also move the roots and adjust the tooth axis with double wires. It was an effective and quick treat- ment method for difficult cases of skeletal Angle class Ⅲ malocclusion in permanent dentition, especially for those who refuse surgery.
