摘要
企业文化是文化形象与组织管理实践相融合的产物,在行为管理实践中发挥着巨大的作用。但是,随着电商的迅猛发展,给经济生产、社会服务和人们的行为方式、观念带来了重大的变革,因此,企业文化也随之发生了改变。简要探讨了如何在电子商务时代的大背景下管理企业文化。
Corporate culture is a product of the cultural image and the integration of organizational management practices, play a huge role in the behavior management practices. However, with the rapid development of electronic business, to economic production, social services and people’s behavior, the concept has brought significant change; therefore, the corporate culture also will be changed. Briefly discusses how to manage the corporate culture in the context of e-commerce era.
