摘要 柴油机螺旋进气道有助于缸内混合气的形成,有利于提高燃烧效率和降低排放。为此,分析了柴油机螺旋进气道结构设计的国内外研究现状,对比分析了螺旋进气道传统和现代设计方法,重点分析了螺旋进气道的参数化设计方法。结合气道性能的评估,分析了气道流动性能的数值模拟方法、评价方法、稳流模拟试验方法及瞬时速度场测量方法。分析结果发现,应用气道结构参数定义方法建立的参数化气道模型具有更好的鲁棒性,修改简便灵活,能够方便系统研究螺旋进气道的结构参数对其流动特性的影响和影响机理。该方法将是未来气道结构设计的发展趋势。 The helical intake port of diesel engine (HIPDE) is helpful to form the mixture in cylinder and improve combustion efficiency as well as emission reduction. So, a comparison was made between traditional and modern methods of HIPDE. Based on which,current status of structure design was also analyzed home and abroad, and parametric design of HIPDE was focused on. Then, numerical simulation, evaluation, steady flow simulation test, and transient velocity field measurement of the flowing performance of port were analyzed in view of port performance evaluation. Results show that parametric intake port model established by structural parameters definition has better robustness and is easy to modify. With the model, it is convenient and systematic to study the mechanism of HIPDE flowing characteristies affected by structure parameters. It can be a trend for port structure design in the future.
