摘要
本文用CFD软件对1E40F小型汽油机的扫气过程进行模拟,研究了气道结构参数对扫气过程的影响,特别是对回流扫气的影响,由试验结果可以看出,发动机在动力性能、经济性能、排放性能上都有很大改善,尤其在排放性能上,改善最大。因此,用计算机模拟可以定性地改善二冲程汽油机的工作过程,为解决二冲程汽油机的排放问题提供理论依据。
In this paper, simulation of the scavenging process in a two-stroke engine was used to the small engine 1EA0F by CFD software. It studied the influences on the scavenging process by the structural parameter of the ports, especially on the loop scavenging. The experimental results show that the power, consumption of fuel, especially the exhaust performance were improved. So, we can improve the scavenging process of a two-stroke engine by qualitative analysis with the simulation by computers. It also affords a theoretic gist for the solving of exhaust performance in a two-stroke engine.
