摘要
建立了一个燃料电池堆进气箱的三维结构模型 ,应用计算流体动力学软件分析流场。描述了空气箱中的典型流动 ,同时还讨论了影响空气箱内空气流动的主要因素。通过研究进气箱结构形状及尺寸对箱内空气流动的影响 。
A three-dimensional fuel cell stack inlet air manifold model is developed to analysis the airflow in it using CFD software. The typical flow patterns in the manifold are presented and the main parameters affecting airflow in the manifold are also discussed. By studying the influences of shape and dimension on air-flow, it is found that the uniformity of the velocity at the outlet of manifold are improved by the use of appropriate bell-mouthed inlet and clipper-built baffle.
