摘要
利用正交实验的方法对印染废水的混凝处理最佳实验条件进行了研究。通过聚合磷酸氯化铝铁(PPAFC)与聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)制备的复合絮凝剂聚合磷酸氯化铝铁-聚丙烯酰胺(PPAFC-PAM)对印染废水的处理效果表明,在聚合温度35℃,p H=4,n(PPAFC):n(PAM)=4:1,搅拌时间为5 min时,废水的吸光度由2.420 8降为0.351 1,COD去除率达到88.47%,得到较为满意的处理效果。与PPAFC、PAFC的絮凝效果相比,PPAFC-PAM絮凝剂对印染废水的处理在吸光度的降低及COD去除方面有着更佳的处理效果。
The optimum condition of coagulation experiment on the dyeing wastewater was studied by using the method of orthogonal test. The composite flocculant PPAFC-PAM was prepared with PPAFC and PAM. The satisfactory effect was obtained with the temperature being 35 ℃,p H=4,n(PPAFC):n(PAM)=4:1,and the mixing time being 5 min,which included the absorbency of the wastewater reduced from 2.4208 to 0.3511,and the removal rate of COD reached to 88.47%. Treating the dyeing wastewater with PPAFC-PAM flocculant were better than that with PPAFC and PAFC flocculant in the degradation of absorbancy and COD removal.
