摘要
文章从刘基廉政实践与明代廉政制度建设、丰富的廉政思想以及反贪倡廉的方法三方面阐述了刘基的廉政文化,刘基主张施行廉政的关键因素在于选用好人才,官员勤政廉洁与否最重要的表现是能否养民、安民。
This paper illustrates Liu Ji＇s clean and honest government culture from three points of view, such as Liu Ji＇s incorruptionpractice and incorruption system construction in Ming Dynasty, plentiful incorruption ideas and ways of anti-corruption. Liu Ji advocatesthat the keys to implement corruption are to select good talents, officials＇ honesty and diligence, and the most important point is whetherthey are able to show solicitude for people and make people live in contentment.
