摘要
针对目前国产旋转双断点塑壳断路器的动触头结构机械寿命、分断能力和安全可靠性低等问题,设计开发了一种新型的动触头结构。通过样机ADAMS软件仿真分析和样机试验验证研究,结果表明研发的动触头结构具有结构简单、分断性能可靠、机械寿命长、成本低等优点。
A new moving contact structure was designed aiming at that the present domestic rotating double- break moulded case circuit breaker(MCCB) doesn't have independent property rights, and its mechanical life is low,breaking capacity is not high. According to the result of the software simulation analysis and prototype test validation studies, the new moving contact structure has advantages of simple structure, reliable function, long mechanical life and low cost.
