摘要
制备了壳聚糖的新的衍生物-钙复合巯基化壳聚糖,进行了IR光谱表征和水果保鲜实验。证明钙复合巯基化壳聚糖高效、无毒、使用方便,保鲜效果优于传统保鲜剂。
Preparation of a new derivafive of CTS, i.e. CTS-SH-Ca and assay by Infra-red spectrum method were studiedto certify the objective of fresh keep of the fruit. The results showed that Ca- CTS-SH was of no poison, convenient for useand better in keep fruit fresh than classical preservatives.
