摘要
甲壳素在甲壳素酶的作用下或用其它化学方法可产生一系列甲壳素的衍生物,作为天然多糖,它们无毒、无害,具有良好的组织相容性、生物可降解性、可再生性等特点,因此对生物机体是相对安全的。阐述甲壳素及其衍生物的抗癌、抗菌、免疫调节等生物活性及其在生物学方面的应用,旨在为进一步研究甲壳素及其衍生物的功能及应用价值提供参考。
Chitin and its ramifications are natural polysaccharides.Since they possess many good features,such as asepsis,harmless,biocompatibility,and biodegradation,they are relative safety to living organism.This article expounds mainly the bioactivities in anticancer,antibiosis,immunoregulation, as well as the applications in biology of Chitin and its ramifications,which offered reference for ulterior research.
