摘要
为了解决现有智能断路器采用标准RS485接口Modbus协议通信速率不高、实时性差等问题,提出了一种智能断路器接入Profibus总线系统的新方法。该方法的核心是设计了一种可内置、可外置的Profibus接口模块,介绍了模块的硬件设计与软件设计以及系统的搭建与运行;同时通过在数据块上层封装一层适合通用通信设备的传输协议,解决了不同数据帧长度与DP底层I/O固定长度之间的矛盾,实现通用通信设备与Profibus主站之间数据的透明传输。经验证:该方法及系统简单且易于实现、传输速度可达到12 Mb/s.
In order to solve the problems that the communication rate of the existing intelligent circuit breaker with standard RS485 interface based on Modbus protocol is not high and the real-time performance is poor, a new method of intelligent circuit breaker connected to the Profibus bus system was proposed. The core of this method was to design a profibus interface module, which can be built internal and external. The hardware and software design of module, construction and operation of the system were introduced. Encapsulating transport protocol on the data block which was suitable for common communication equipment resolved the confliction between different data frame length and the I/O fixed length at the bottom of the DP and realized transparent data transmission between the common communication equipment and the Profibus master station. It proves that the method and the sys- tem are simple and easy to realize ,and the transmission speed can up to 12 Mb/s.
