摘要 设计并实现了一种应用于塔架式抽油机的智能控制系统;通过安装于抽油杆曳轮的编码器获得抽油杆实时位移数据,采用积分分离的PID控制算法实现抽油杆的位置闭环伺服;设计了基于dsPIC30F6010A的智能控制器,该控制器完成积分分离PID位置闭环算法,控制器提供工业触摸屏与无线遥控两种人机交互方式,通过Memobus总线与安川A1000变频器进行通讯。完成了智能控制系统硬件设计与软件编程,制作了智能控制系统样机并分别在3m、5m、7m、9m冲程工况下进行了试验;试验结果表明该系统位置伺服偏差小,控制精度高、运行稳定、可靠。 This paper develops a new type of intelligent control system of Tower--type pumping unit. To obtain real--time displacement of the sucker rod install a eneoder on driving wheel. Integral separation PID algorithm is used to achieve position closed --loop control. A controller based on dsPIC30F6010A is designed. The hardware circuit and software was designed and a prototype was produced. The experi- ment result shows that this intelligent control system runs stably and accurately.
