摘要
高速数据采集系统中有效位数的测试为评价其性能的关键。本文通过比较各经典测试方法的利弊,经过整合,提出了一种非迭代四参数正弦拟合快速算法。它大大缩短了正弦波四参数和ADC有效位数估计的时间,且通过加权最小二乘法权值的选取,保证了参数估计的精度,有较高的实用价值。
ENOB is the most important index of High-performance data acquisition system.There are the introductions of popular testing methods in detail. An integrated measurement method was been accomplished by comparing the listed methods. The time of estimation is shortened in this method,and it has higher precision.
