摘要
提出一种新颖的正弦拟合法,它基于希尔伯特-黄变换(HHT)以及遍历法,从A/D转换器(ADC)输出数据中求出拟合正弦曲线的各个波形参数.和传统3参数和4参数正弦拟合法不同,它省去了严格选取参数初值的步骤,避免了求解非线性方程组.利用该方法,在信号源分辨率仅有7位以及含有谐波失真和噪声失真的情况下,实现了对14位ADC有效位数(ENOBs)的精确评价.
A sine-wave fitting method is put forward.Unlike classical three-or four-parameter sine-wave fitting procedure,this method avoids selecting initial value of the parameters and working out the nonlinear equations.By means of both the Hilbert-Huang transform(HHT) and the traversal method,under the circumstances of 7-bit signal source,and with both the harmonic distortion and the noise distortion existing,parameters of fitting sinusoid are obtained from the analog-to-digital converter(ADC) output data,and then the effective number of bits(ENOBs) of 14-bit ADC are tested accurately. The simulation proves that this algorithm is precise and efficient.
