基于物理模拟的WB36钢焊缝区网状组织研究

摘要 对WB36钢多层焊接过程中接头部分热影响区的组织特点进行了分析。研究发现,接头热影响区的某些位置会产生一种网状组织沿熔合线方向平行分布,其大小范围为0.6 mm×1.1 mm。采用热模拟方法,根据实际焊接情况再现了接头中的网状组织。网状组织在HAZ的重叠区出现,受到两次热循环会形成网状组织,第一次是在粗晶区域的热循环,第二次是在峰值温度AC1-AC3之间的不完全再结晶区域内的热循环;或者受三次热循环也可能形成,第一次、第二次是在粗晶区热循环作用,第三次是在峰值温度为AC1-AC3之间的不完全再结晶区域内的热循环。 The microstructure characteristics of heat affected zone of WB36 steel in the process of the multi-layer welding were analyzed. The results show that a kind of network structure along the fusion line parallel distribution in some position of heat affected zone is found, the size range is 0.6 mm ×1.1 mm. The network structure of welding joint is reappeared adopting thermal simulation method. The network structure appear at the overlay region of heat affected zone after suffering two times of thermal cycle, the first time is in coarse grain zone, the second time is in incomplete recrystallization region when peak temperature is between AC1-AC3. Or, after suffering three times of thermal cycle, the network structure appear too, the first and second times are in coarse grain zone, the third time is in incomplete recrystallization region when peak temperature is between AC1-AC3.
