摘要
通过激光焊焊接汽车用镀锌钢板,研究不同Cu粉添加量对接头力学性能的影响。结果表明,Cu粉的添加可以改善焊缝表面质量。添加适量时接头存在Cu和Zn的固溶相,Cu粉过量则生成了Cu5Zn8金属间化合物相。焊接接头抗拉强度随Cu粉添加量的增加先增加后减小,断裂为韧性断裂和脆性断裂混合断裂方式。
The galvanized steel plates used for automobile were welded by laser welding, the effects of the different Cu powder quantity on the mechanical properties of the joints were researched. The experimental results show that the addition of Cu powder can improve surface quality of the welding joint. When adding suitable amount of Cu, there exist Cu and Zn solution phase, it could generate Cu5Zn8inter-metallic phase when Cu powder too much. The tensile strength of the welded joint first increases and then decreases with the increase of Cu powder, the fracture way is the mixing of ductile fracture and brittle fracture.
