摘要
住宅产业化是未来住宅建设的必然趋势,保障房的建设是推进住宅产业化发展的有效平台,产业化显著的建造优势为保障房政策的实施提供了有效保障。文章采用经济学外部性分析和系统论等方法对保障房与住宅产业化两者之间的关联性进行了分析,提出了做好产品定位、组建虚拟产业集团和完善政策配套的互促发展对策的建议;并结合保障房建设项目实例,阐述了住宅产业化及与其结合的互促效应。
Housing industrialization is the inevitable trend of future residential construction,the construction of indemnificatory housing is an effective platform to promote the development of housing industrialization,and construction of the industrialization with significant advantage provides effective guarantee for the implementation of the indemnificatory housing policy. The paper uses external economic analysis and systematic theory methods to analyze the relevance between indemnificatory housing and housing industrialization,presents mutual promotion and development countermeasures in product positioning,virtual industry group formation and policy supporting perfection,and expounds the housing industrialization and its binding promoting effect by taking the housing construction project as an example.
