摘要
针对126 mm五节距齿轨在使用中的失效情况,为提高齿轨在最严重工作状态下的结构强度,对齿轨进行结构改进,并运用ANSYS软件进行有限元分析验证,改进后的齿轨受力分布有所改善,结构强度显著增强,满足设计要求,可靠性及使用寿命也得到了保证。
According to failure condition of the 126 mm five pitch rack rail m use,to improve me racK rail's structural strength in the worst working condition,we improved the structure of rack rail,and analysed the rack rail with the FEA software ANSYS,The improved rack rail's force distribution was improved,the structural strength significantly enhanced,and meet the design requirements,and also guarantee the rack rail's reliability and service life .
