摘要
采煤机与刮板输送机的相对运动通过销轨轮与销轨的啮合传动实现。对铸造销轨齿弯曲强度校核,通过对采煤机牵引力的计算,对销轨齿进行受力分析,受力计算后发现铸造销轨齿弯曲满足采煤机要求,为三机配套时销轨的选择提供了理论依据。
The relative motion of coal winning machine and the scraper conveyor was realized through the pin rail wheel and pin rail of meshing transmission. Through tooth bending strength of casting pin rail and the shearer traction calculation, the author analyzed counter rail the forced state of a tooth, tooth bending stress calculation found after casting pin rail meets the demand of coal winning machine in order to form a complete set of compressors pin rail option, which provided theoretical basis for choosing pin rail of three machines necessary.
