摘要
以D72树脂为催化剂,以柠檬酸和正丁醇为原料合成柠檬酸三丁酯,对影响反应的因素进行研究。实验表明,柠檬酸三丁酯合成反应的最佳条件是:在n(正丁醇)∶n(柠檬酸)=5∶1,催化剂用量为20%(以柠檬酸质量计算),反应6.5 h的条件下,产物的收率可达94.3%,催化剂重复使用5次。
Using macroporous strong acid cation exchange resin ( D72 ) as catalyst, tributyl citrate was synthesized by citric acid and butanol. The influence of reaction conditions was investigated. The experiment results indicated that the optimum reaction conditions were that the mole ratio of butanol to citric acid was 5:1 , the weight of catalyst was 20% of citric acid, and the reaction time was 6. 5 h. Under these conditions, the yield of the product reached 94. 3%. The catalyst could be reused for 4 times.
