摘要
以柠檬酸和正丁醇为原料,Amberlyst 35强酸性阳离子交换树脂为催化剂合成柠檬酸三正丁酯,考察了反应温度、催化剂用量、醇酸摩尔比和反应时间对酯化反应的影响.实验表明,合成柠檬酸三正丁酯的最佳反应条件为:反应温度140℃,醇酸摩尔比4 1,催化剂质量分率20%(以柠檬酸质量计),反应时间4hr.酯化率达84.3%,且催化剂可循环使用.
Tri-n-butyl citrate(TBC) is synthesized by the addition esterification of citric acid and n-butyl alcohol with Amberlyst 35 strong acidic cation exchange resin as catalyst.The effects of reaction temperature,amount of catalysts,molar ratio of alcohol to acid and reaction time on the conversion are investigated.The results show that the optimum conditions are shown as follows:140 ℃ of the reaction temperature,20% of the catalyst amount,41 of the ratio of alcohol to acid and 4 hours of reaction time.Under the optimal reaction condition,the conversion of citric acid reaches 84.3%,and the catalyst could be reused for several times.
