摘要 以柠檬酸和正丁醇为原料,以自制的固体酸催化剂A104合成无毒增塑剂柠檬酸三丁酯。探讨了催化剂用量、酸醇物质的量比、反应时间、反应温度对反应结果的影响,对合成的产品进行了红外光谱分析。实验结果表明,自制A104催化合成TBC的最佳工艺参数:催化剂用量6%,n(柠檬酸)∶n(正丁醇)=1∶4,苯用量10mL,反应时间1h,转化率99.8%,产品纯度>98%。催化剂经重复使用5次,活性未见明显降低。 The synthesis of Tri - n - butyl Citrate by estefification of citric acid with n - butanol using A104 solid acid catalyst was studied. The effects of the ratio of reactants, reaction time, reaction temperature, using quantity of catalyst on the product yield were investigated and the structure of product was confirmed by IR. It was shown that the proper reaction conditions were : the mount of catalyst to weight of citric acid was about 6 %, the molar ration of butanol to citric acid was 4:1 ;the amount of benzene is 10 mL; the reaction time was 60 min. The conversion of citric acid was up to 99.8% .The purity of final product was over 98 % and the catalytic activity was not decreased obviously after being 5 times recycled.
