摘要
鉴于我国在热采井套管破裂修复技术方面缺乏经济而有效的手段的现状,研发了热采井漏失套管液压补贴加固技术,并进行了室内试验和现场应用。该技术的工艺管柱由液压动力部件、补贴部件、密封部件和丢手部件组成,液压动力部件采用液压的方式为漏失套管补贴提供动力,丢手部分采用锁爪锁紧方式,液压丢手,丢手成功率高,适合水平井段的使用。室内试验和现场应用结果表明,采用该技术修复破漏套管时操作工艺简单,密封压差大,补贴管悬挂稳定,内通径满足稠油热采的生产要求,丢手压力达19~21MPa。
In view of the lack of economic and effective methods for ruptured casing repair in thermal recovery well, the hydraulic casing patch and reinforcement technology is developed. Then, the laboratory tests and field applications are conducted. The technological string is consisted of hydraulic power unit, patch parts, sealing parts and release components. The hydraulic power unit provides power to casing patch in hydraulic way. The lock claw is adopted by the release part. The hydraulic release improves the success rate and is suitable for horizontal well sec- tion. Laboratory tests and field application results show that the new developed technology could repair the leaking casing with a simple operating process, high sealing pressure and stable hanging of patched casing. The inside di- ameter of the patched casing meets the production requirements of thermal recovery of heavy oil, and the release pressure is up to 19 to 21 MPa.
