摘要
分析了克拉玛依油田稠油油藏的特点,具有埋深浅,地层胶结疏松,且储集层本身不均质性非常严重,平面上和纵向上渗透率级差可达十几倍。由于蒸汽介质与稠油流度差异及蒸汽的重力超覆等,造成注汽过程中蒸汽发生指进和汽窜。表现为生产井的产液量、产液温度和产水大幅度上升,产油量下降。针对稠油开采过程汽窜较为严重的问题,室内开展了耐高温调堵剂研究,KZ高温堵剂,该剂具有良好悬浮稳定性,固化后强度高,对于高渗透地带能起到很好的封堵作用等特点。
In this paper,characteristics of viscous oil field are analyzed that is shallow-buried,loose cementation,serious heterogeneity of reservoir layers and large interval between permeability in tabulate and in depth.During the steam injection,steam fingering and channeling often happen because of steam media factor,the difference of flow degree of viscous oil,gravity segregation of steam and some other factors.As the result,the production of fluid,the temperature of production and water production increase greatly,but oil production declines.In the view of serious steam channeling during the viscous oil exploration,the indoors research of profile modificator at high temperature is carried out.And high temperature profile and blocking modificator KZ is worked out,which has many advantages,for example,good suspending stability,high strength of solidation and great blocking ability for high permeable areas.
