藻酸盐缓释微球的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 近几年,多肽和蛋白质类药物的缓释/控释给药系统发展很快,尤其是以生物可降解聚合物（biodegradable polymer）为载体来制备的长效注射剂。藻酸盐是一种高分子量的天然材料,由于其高度的组织相容性、生物可降解性以及良好的黏附性,目前在组织工程学的许多方面都显现出潜在的应用价值。
