摘要 在含N、C元素的有机介质溶液中,采用液相脉冲放电方法在中碳钢基体上制备出Ti(C,N)金属陶瓷涂层,研究了涂层的抗热震性能、热稳定性和高温滑动磨损特性。结果表明:与物理气相沉积方法制备的Ti N涂层相比,Ti(C,N)涂层具有更优良的抗热震性及热稳定性能;Ti(C,N)涂层在500℃保温条件下进行磨损试验时,其摩擦系数较低,表面磨损形貌显示大量白色颗粒氧化物,主要磨损机制为氧化磨损。 Ti(C, N) ceramic coating was prepared on the carbon steel by pulsed discharge in an organic solution containing N, C elements. Thermal shock resistance, thermal stability and high temperature sliding wear characteristics of the coating were investigated. The results show that Ti(C, N) ceramic coating exhibits better thermal shock resistance and thermal stability than Ti N coating prepared by the physical vapor deposition method. In the sliding wear tests at 500 ℃, the friction coefficient of the prepared Ti(C, N) coating is lower than that of the PVD Ti N coating. The abrasion morphology shows lots of white granular oxide exists on the wear surface and indicates the abrasion mechanism is oxidative wear.
