摘要
TiCN作为一种新型高硬耐磨材料,在生产的诸多领域得到了广泛的应用。主要介绍了首次采用反应等离子喷涂的方法,以Ti粉作为反应粉体,在氮气和乙炔混合气体为反应气氛的反应室中充分反应,制备出以TiCN为主相的涂层;分析了反应气体流量对涂层的影响;并用SEM和XRD对涂层的组织形貌与相组成进行了分析。
TiCN is a new hard and wear resistant material and applied widely in many fields. This paper recornmends mostly that the reactive powder is raw titanium powders, and the TiCN composite coatings are fabricated by reactive plasma spraying technology in the reactive chamber of nitrogen and acetylene. The effect of the flux of reactive gas on coating is analysed. The microstructure morphology and the phase structure of the coatings are analyzed by SEM and XRD.
