摘要
从工作环境、工作前途、工作社会认知度、继续教育、职称晋升及收入待遇等方面对青年馆员职业忧患进行了分析。并从青年馆员自身和图书馆两方面提出了消除职业生涯忧患的对策和建议:青年馆员要矫正心态、正确面对当前的工作,干一行爱一行,正确设计个人职业生涯规划;图书馆要努力稳定青年馆员工作队伍,关心青年馆员的成长,制定科学的制度以保障青年馆员的发展。
This paper makes an analysis of young librarians’career worry in terms of their work atmosphere, their job prospects, social recognition of their work, their continuing education, their title promotion and their income as well. Besides, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to eliminate their career worry from the perspectives of the young librarians themselves and the library. Firstly, the librarians should develop a positive attitude towards their work and try to love it. Secondly, they should design their personal career planning in a reasonable fashion. Thirdly, the library should make great endeavors to stabilize the young librarians’work team by caring for their growth. Lastly, the library should establish a scientific system to guarantee the development of the young librarians.
