摘要
以1 000 m L烧杯为容器,木葡糖醋杆菌在静置培养时,培养液体积为100 m L时,没有变异;增至300 m L时,发生变异,纤维素产量下降38.8%,培养液体积增至700 m L时,变异菌数量高达1.3×106 CFU/m L,纤维素产量下降76.3%;120 r/min振荡培养更易发生变异,两种方式培养下的变异现象通过筛网使用而得到控制,从而提高了纤维素产量。
