摘要
目的探讨负压辅助闭合创口技术(Vacuum assisted closure,VAC)治疗糖尿病足坏疽的临床效果。方法将2008年1月—2014年9月在空军总医院住院的糖尿病足坏疽患者536例随机分成二组,观察组268例采用VAC治疗,对照组268例采用常规方法治疗,比较二组效果。结果所有患者创面愈合好,观察组换药次数减少,创面愈合时间和住院时间均缩短,住院费用降低,无并发症发生。结论 VAC用于治疗糖尿病足坏疽效果显著,建议在临床上广泛应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of the treatment of diabetic foot gangrene by the closed negative pressure drainage technology（Vacuum assisted closure,VAC）.Methods Five hundred and thirty-six patients with diabetic foot were randomly divided into two groups from January2008 to September 2014 in General Hospital of the Air Force PLA.268 cases of experimental group were treated with VAC,268 cases in the control group were treated with routine method,efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results The wound of all the patients healed well.In the experimental group,the time of wound healing was decreased and the days of hospitalization were short,hospitalization costs were reduced,no complications occurred.Conclusion VAC for the treatment of diabetic foot gangrene effect is significantly,iIt should be recommended in clinical application.
