摘要 介绍了数控机床几何误差测量常用圆检验法,分析了圆检验法常用仪器的测量原理,突出平面光栅测量的优点,并在立式加工中心上利用平面光栅KGM181测量系统对不同半径和不同进给速度的圆轨迹进行测量,最后通过MATLAB软件对测量数据进行处理,分析圆轨迹半径、进给速度和反向尖峰数值间的关系,获得此机床加工精度最高的进给速度和轨迹半径范围,对进一步提高数控机床精度有指导意义。 The circular test, which has commonly been carried out for measuring geometric error of NC ma-chine tool was introduced. Measuring Principles used in different devices for the test was analyzed, in which the advantages of grid encoder was highlighted. By using measuring system grid encoder KGM181 in verti-cal machining centre, the circular locus under different radius and different feed speed was measured and the data was dealt with by MATLAB software to analyze the relations of radius, feed velocity, and reversal spikes, The machining accuracy of the highest feed speed and trajectory radius range was obtained,which may promote the research of the calibration of NC machine.
