摘要
建立了乳制品中高效液相色谱法测定苯甲酸、山梨酸、糖精钠的简单、可行的前处理方法。采用3种蛋白沉淀剂去除样品中的蛋白后用高效液相色谱法测定液态奶中苯甲酸、山梨酸、糖精钠,以ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱(4.6×250 mm,5μm)分离,流动相为5 mmol/L乙酸铵溶液-甲醇(95∶5),二极管阵列检测器进行检测。
There were three pre-treatment methods studied for detecting benzoic aicd,sorbic acid,sodium in milk,Chromatographic separation was carried out on a ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 column (4.6×250 mm, 5 μm),the mobile phase is methanol-20 mmol/L ammonium acetate aqueous solution with gradient elution (95:5),the eluate was quantitated by liquid chromatography with DAD detector.
