摘要
目的评估2型糖尿病患者血清CA-125水平与代谢控制指标的相关性。方法测定202例2型糖尿病住院患者血清CA-125水平,根据性别、糖化血红蛋白、血脂水平、体重指数(BMI)分组比较CA-125水平;分别计算性别、年龄、病程、BMI、腰围、血压、糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、血脂(TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C)、血尿酸与CA-125的相关性,并进行逐步多元回归分析比较各变量与CA-125的相关性。结果血清CA-125与糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、甘油三酯、总胆固醇水平呈正相关,与BMI、腰围呈负相关(P均<0.05)。多元逐步回归分析结果显示:糖化血红蛋白和甘油三酯是2型糖尿病患者血清CA-125升高的独立危险因素(P均<0.001)。结论 2型糖尿病患者糖脂代谢紊乱可影响CA-125水平,其中糖化血红蛋白和甘油三酯是CA-125升高的独立危险因素。
Objective To analyze the relationship between CA-125 level and the controlling indice of the metabolism in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods Serum CA-125 levels of 202 hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were measured,which were divided into different groups by sexuality,HbA1c,blood lipid and BMI.The levels of serum CA-125 among all the groups were compared and the relationship between sexuality,age,duration,BMI,waistline,blood pressure,HbA 1 C,FBG (fasting blood glucose),blood lipid (TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C) and serum uric acid with CA-125 were analyzed.Furthermore,multiple stepwise regression analysis was performed to investigate the effect of different factors on CA-125 level.Results The HbA1C,FPB,TG and TC was positively related to the level of CA-125 (P < 0.05) ; BMI and waistline was negatively related to the level of CA-125 (P < 0.05) ; multiple logistic regression analysis showed that HbA1C and TG were the major factors for CA125 level in diabetic patients (P < 0.001).Conclusion The metabolism disorder of glucose and lipid affect serum CA-125 level,HbA1C and TG were the major factors for CA-125 level.
