摘要
以梨12个组合299株结果杂种后代为试材,对各组合亲本及后代的果实大小、可溶性固形物质量分数、果心大小等性状进行分析,研究其遗传倾向。结果表明,梨果实大小遗传为多基因控制的数量性状,基因效应为积加效应,非加性效应值占的相对比重很大,杂种后代表现出广泛的连续性偏小分布,平均组合传递力为69.21%,平均变异系数为33.82%;可溶性固形物质量分数为数量性状,平均组合传递力为93.06%,平均变异系数为11.39%,主要由基因间的加性效应控制,非加性效应控制较小;果心大小为数量性状,杂种后代果心大小与亲本果心大小密切相关,具有连续变异的特点,总体呈偏大的趋势,平均组合传递力为101.65%,平均变异系数为15.62%。
The average fruit weight,soluble solids and fruit core size of 299 plants of 12 pear cross combinations of pear cultivars were used for studying their inheritance.The result showed that the inheritance of fruit weight was of quantitative character and controlled by multi-genes.The distribution of fruit weight deviated the normal curve,the mean of offspring was smaller than the mean of the parents.The average combinative transfer ability of fruit weight of pear hybrid progenies was 69.21%.The average variance coefficient of fruit weight of pear hybrid progenies was 33.82%.The soluble solids content(SSC)of pear fruits presented the quantitative character.The average combinative transfer ability of SSC of pear hybrid progenies was 93.06%,and its average variance coefficient was11.39%.The fruit core size was related to the crossed combinations and tended to be bigger than their parents.The average combinative transfer ability of fruit core size of pear hybrid progenies was101.65%,and its average variance coefficient was 15.62%.
