摘要
介绍了离子液脱硫技术和活性焦脱硫技术在内蒙古巴彦淖尔紫金有色金属有限公司脱硫装置中的应用情况。重点介绍了这2套脱硫装置的工艺原理、流程及运行中出现的问题。针对这些问题,操作人员不断进行工艺优化和设备改造,确保装置平稳运行,降低运行成本。制酸尾气经脱硫处理后,排放气体SO2质量浓度均降到100 mg/m3以下。
Application and comparison of ionic liquid desulphurization technology and activated coke desulphurization technology in Bayannur Zijin Nonferrous Metals Co,, Ltd. is described. Process principles, process flow and operation problems of the two ,lesnlphurization plants are specially described. To solve these problems, the operator continuously optimize the process and equipment to ensure smooth operation of the devices and lower operating costs. After desulphurization of tail gas, the concentration of SO2 emission wa~ reduced to below 100 mg/m^3.
