摘要
随着办公信息化建设的不断推进,办公自动化系统在高校内部已得到广泛而深入的应用,系统在提高人员工作效率的同时,其自身的安全性也日益引起高度关注。文章对办公自动化系统中常见的安全问题及其后果进行了分析,探讨了解决这些安全问题的方法,从技术手段和管理措施两方面进行对安全机制的构建和应用提出了思路,为进一步防范和控制风险,提高系统应用的安全性提供了策略依据。
With the advancement of office informatization construction ,the office automation system in the internal of universities has been extensive and in-depth application. At the same time improving the working efficiency, the secudty of system has increasingly aroused great concern. This article has carded on the analysis to the common security problems and consequences of office automation system, and discussed the ways to solve these security problems. It has put forward some ideas about the construction and application of secudty mechanism, and provided the strategy on the basis of preventing and controlling the risk further to improve the security of system applications.
