摘要
OA是利用现代计算机技术和互联网平台实现的全自动办公系统,极大地提高了办公效率。本文根据当前科研院所科技信息平台建设的需要,提出基于OA系统的科技信息平台建设的思路和措施,明确提出了科技信息OA系统应具备的功能和达到的水平,旨在提高科技信息交流的效率、拓宽交流途径、优化交流方式,对OA系统的开发者和科技信息平台的建设者都具有重要的参考意义。
OA is an office automation system by using modem computer and internet technology, which improves office efficiency greatly. According to the requirements for the construction of science and technology information in academies and institutes, this paper gives a few ideas and methods based on science and technology information platform construction, definitely particularizes function and level of Sci-Tech information OA system. The purpose is to improve Sci-Tech information exchange, wide exchange route and optimize exchange fashion. It has very important reference value for OA system developer and Sci-Tech information platform erector.
