摘要 血栓调节蛋白（thrombomoduin,TM）是一种广泛分布于各种组织血管内皮细胞膜的单链糖蛋白,具有抗凝、抑制凝血酶、促进抗凝血酶灭活凝血酶等作用.近年研究发现TM具有独特的抗血栓及抗炎特性[1];TM能改善内皮功能紊乱,可作为血管内皮功能受损的标志物[2].TM水平与冠心病及急性冠脉综合征发生有密切关系,是目前心血管疾病领域研究关注点之一.现综述于下.
