摘要
空间曲线啮合齿轮机构在承载情况下,会发生弹性变形,从而影响它的传动精度。在空间曲线啮合理论基础上,对钩杆进行了受力分析,并研究了重合度对钩杆受力的影响,从而得到受力情况下的钩杆变形情况,并拟合得到实际的钩杆中心线方程,求出实际的齿面方程。然后,通过齿面接触分析,得到传动误差曲线,并研究不同重合度对传动误差的影响。最后,根据承载情况下,啮合钩杆的变形规律,提出一种钩杆修形方法以提高其传动精度,并给出一个修形实例。结果表明,提出的钩杆修形方法可以明显地提高承载情况下空间曲线啮合齿轮机构的传动精度。
The elastic deformation of the space curve meshing gear(SCMG)mechanism will happen under the loading condition,so as to the transmission precision is affected.Based on the space curve meshing theory,the force analysis of the meshing tine is carried out,the effect of contact ratio on the force of the meshing tines is studied,and the deformation law of the meshing tines is obtained.Then,equations of the actual centre line of the meshing tines are obtained,the equations of the actual tooth surface of the meshing tines are solved.Then,the transmission errors are obtained by tooth contact analysis,and the effect of different contact ratio on transmission error is studied.Finally,the modification method for improving the transmission accuracy of meshing tines are proposed relying on the results of the meshing tine deformation law under loading,and a modification case of the meshing tines is provided.The result shows that the transmission accuracy can be greatly improved by the proposed modification method.
