摘要
目的观察和分析慢性牙周炎患者龈沟液(GCF)中白细胞介素-4(IL-4)检测的临床意义。方法选成人慢性牙周炎患者60例和体检健康成人60例作为牙周炎组和对照组,对牙周炎组患者给予基础治疗,对两组研究对象的GCF进行采集并测量其中的IL-4水平。结果慢性牙周炎患者治疗前和治疗后GCF中IL-4水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而患者治疗前与治疗后GCF中IL-4水平的差异无显著性(P>0.05);经过治疗,牙周炎组患者治疗后的GI、PD、AL等指标均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),但仍显著高于对照组(P<0.05);GCF中的IL-4水平与PD具有相关性(P<0.05,r=-0.702)。结论慢性牙周炎患者GCF中IL-4水平的下降可能与牙周炎的发生和发展具有相关性,IL-4水平的下降程度与患者病情严重程度具有相关性,基础治疗可有效改善慢性牙周炎患者的各项临床指标。
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical significance of detection on the interleukin-4(IL-4)level in the gingival crevicalar fluid(GCF)of the patients with chronic periodontitis.Methods 60 cases of chronic adult periodontitis patients and 60 cases of healthy adult were selected as the periodontitis group and the control group.The basic treatments were applied to the patients in the periodontitis group.GCF of subjects in the two groups was collected and the IL-4levels in GCF were measured.Results The IL-4level in GCF of the patients with chronic periodontitis before and after the treatment were both significantly lower than that of the control group(P〈0.05),while the difference of IL-4level in GCF of the patients with chronic periodontitis between before and after the treatments was not significant(P〉0.05);after the treatments,the indexes of GI,PD,and AL of the patients in periodontitis group were significantly lower than those before the treatments(P〈0.05),but still significantly higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05);there was a correlation between IL-4level in GCF and PD of the patients with chronic periodontitis(P〈0.05,r=-0.702).Conclusion There maybe a correlation between the IL-4level decreasing in GCF and the development of the diseases in the patients with chronic periodontitis.The decreasing degree of the IL-4level are associated with the severity of the diseases.The foundation treatment can effectively improve the clinical indexes of the patients with chronic periodontitis.
